Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Senior to join our technology and event production team. You will develop and scale automated testing frameworks across unit, API, end-to-end, and performance layers while embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software QA, hands-on automation with Ruby, RSpec, Capybara, Appium, Selenium and AWS, and experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Experience testing AI/ML systems or data pipelines is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in software quality assurance/engineering.
• Proven ability to design QA processes and strategies from scratch.
• Hands-on test automation with Ruby, RSpec, Capybara, Appium, Selenium and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience testing AI/ML systems or data pipelines and evaluating models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale automated testing frameworks across unit, API, end-to-end, and performance layers.
• Promote early quality practices within CI/CD pipelines and sprint planning.
• Select and optimize QA toolkit in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Define and monitor quality metrics and report them to the team.
