Job summary

Flexspring is seeking a collaborative QA Specialist to join our R&D team, focusing on automation, browser, and performance testing across our web apps.

You will mentor automation engineers, build test plans, and work with developers and product managers to ensure quality. This remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge data integration technologies.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or college degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Experience with Java, SQL, Rest Assured, JMeter, Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD and CI/CD.
• Solid QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of test automation scripts and code review.
• Mentor test automation engineers on best practices.
• Write, maintain and execute functional, browser, performance, load and stress tests.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases; design and run test suites.
• Design and analyze results for functional, integration, security, system and robustness tests.
• Coordinate testing activities and track bugs; validate fixes.
