Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA Automation, Software Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or C/C++.
• Hands-on experience developing automation frameworks, test tooling, or mobile application test solutions.
• Experience testing mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of Git, source control practices, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience implementing and supporting automated testing within CI/CD environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance engineering skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise automation platforms or in-house test frameworks.
• Background in financial services, payment processing, POS systems, or transaction‑based applications.
• Knowledge of EMV transaction processing and card‑present payment technologies.
• Experience with mobile automation frameworks and release qualification testing.
• Experience supporting large‑scale regression testing across multiple product releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation capabilities within the homegrown AMTT platform for iOS, Android, and payment solution testing.
• Build automated test solutions for functional, integration, regression, stress, and scalability testing.
• Develop and enhance in-house testing platforms to improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Support reliable and repeatable testing across multiple product releases and environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, reliability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze application stability, including crashes, memory leaks, CPU utilization, and resource consumption issues.
• Generate quality metrics, root cause analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and product quality.
