Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer with automation expertise to join the AML Compliance Technology Team. The role focuses on QA and test automation for AML Transaction Monitoring, leveraging Python and Data Bricks in a cloud environment.

Strong communication and teamwork across global teams are required. The candidate will drive acceptance testing, coordinate with offshore and onshore teams, and maintain robust test scripts.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing, including at least two years of Python-based automation development.
Excellent understanding of ETL, DWH, Web UI testing using Python.
Experience in Financial domain and AML knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Drive testing and test automation across AML Transaction Monitoring and related platforms.
Participate in agile ceremonies and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams.
Develop functional and automation test scripts with users and developers.
Create and maintain test scenarios and acceptance criteria for enhancements and new applications.
Reproduce production issues with the support group and extend the regression suite.
