Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a software QA automation engineer to design and maintain scalable E2E automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium, in a modern CI/CD environment. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to implement AI-assisted testing with LLMs, drive test coverage, and manage regression suites across multiple time zones in a fast-paced Agile setup.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in software QA automation engineering.
• Experience with Playwright (TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python) and Selenium in modern testing architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs and writing effective system prompts for QA use cases.
• Experience using Linear (or Jira) for agile tracking and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Incorporate AI/LLM capabilities into the test suite for self-healing and non-deterministic UI validation.
• Automate repetitive QA tasks and optimize test coverage with prompt engineering and LLM APIs.
• Track defects, manage regression suites, and drive sprint tasks in issue trackers.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to align validation strategies.
