Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Software QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance organization with a strong focus on test automation, quality engineering, and Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage QA teams, drive automation strategy, and stay hands-on with modern testing tools while collaborating across Engineering, Product Management, and DevOps to ensure high-quality software releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software testing experience with at least 4–6 years in QA leadership or management.
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore QA teams.
• Proven success leading QA across multiple enterprise software projects.
• Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
