Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks a senior QA leader to design and own end-to-end testing for AI-generated code. You will define the quality strategy, build AI-enabled test pipelines, and drive reliability across critical financial flows while collaborating with engineers and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements.
• Strong engineering background: system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Hands-on test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI coding agents as a core part of work.
• High autonomy and ownership, able to drive defined problems to completion.
• Willingness to work as a hands-on IC in a small senior team.
• Fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for AI-generated product code and generate pre-merge checks, nightly tests, release gates.
• Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code and identify coverage needs and sustainability at scale.
• Set up automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing and tool integration.
• Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with focus on critical financial flows.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to embed quality, balancing speed and safety.
• Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and tooling.
• Drive quality initiatives and share best practices within the team.
