Job summary

Keeper is seeking a Senior SDET focused on DevOps to design and automate testing for AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments supporting Keeper’s products. This is a 100% remote position with a hybrid option for candidates in El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL.

You will build automated test frameworks, validate IaC, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, working with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security and Compliance teams to ensure reliability, security, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an SDET or automation-focused engineer.
• Strong AWS networking and infrastructure testing.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security standards (CIS, STIG, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for AWS infra.
• Validate infrastructure changes across VPCs, subnets, IAM, SGs.
• Develop tests for Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test containerized and Kubernetes deployments for resilience.
• Verify security hardening and compliance requirements.
• Produce defect reports with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams to close gaps.
