Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Senior QA Analyst to join the Keeper Connection Manager team and help ensure the quality, reliability and security of our secure remote access capabilities. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA metro area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, QA analysis or a related testing role.
• Experience testing complex enterprise software, infrastructure products or security-sensitive applications.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and client-server communication.
• Hands-on testing of protocols like SSH, RDP, VNC, DB protocols and Kubernetes remote access.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression and system-level testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components.
• Validate remote access workflows using SSH, RDP and VNC.
• Test KCM across Windows, Linux and macOS and various network conditions and enterprise environments.
