Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA or related testing role.
• Experience testing complex enterprise software or security-sensitive applications.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and client-server communication.
• Hands-on testing of SSH, RDP, VNC, databases or Kubernetes remote access.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression and system testing.
• Strong troubleshooting: logs, reproduce defects and root-cause analysis.
• Experience across Windows, Linux and/or macOS.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, virtualization and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with APIs, databases or backend services in end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and secure access concepts.
• Experience using Jira, TestRail or similar tools.
• Agile development collaboration with Engineering and Product.
• Willingness to use AI-assisted tools for testing.
• U.S. GovCloud eligibility (U.S. Person) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for Keeper Connection Manager features and secure remote access workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing across KCM components.
• Validate remote access workflows using SSH, RDP and VNC.
• Test KCM across operating systems, network conditions and enterprise environments.
• Validate authentication, authorization, session management and encrypted communications.
• Reproduce, document and track defects with clear technical detail and logs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot complex issues in networking and performance.
• Validate new KCM integrations and deployment configurations across cloud and on-premises.
• Build and maintain test cases, regression suites and QA documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews and release validation activities.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support test design, troubleshooting and documentation
