JPC Partners is seeking a QA Analyst to lead test planning, monitoring, analysis, design, and execution across multiple test levels. The role focuses on hands-on testing, test data provisioning, data management, and ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle.

You will work with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to define testing strategies, verify exit criteria, and report results.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst or tester.
• Salesforce and Service Cloud experience required.
• Experience using automated testing tools – SOAPUI, TOSCA, Scriptless Automation.
• Experience with user-centered design and usability testing.
• Experience with Atlassian toolset and Confluence.
• Understanding of Oracle database and able to write SQL queries.
• Experience with test driven or behavior driven development practices.
• Experience using iterative development methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum.
• Scripting experience using applicable languages.
• Experience hands-on testing complex technical applications.
• Experience in communicating with Business Leadership and stakeholders.
• Energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven.
• Experience working on large teams with different business owners.
• Strong customer and business focus.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Test planning: define testing objectives for software changes across test levels and collaborate to define strategy (risk-based testing).
• Test monitoring and control: track progress, adjust plans, and provide status reports.
• Test analysis and design: translate objectives into test conditions and cases using white-box techniques.
• Test implementation and execution: develop and prioritize procedures, set up environments, execute tests and support data changes.
• Evaluate exit criteria and reporting, and test closure: assess execution against plan objectives.
• Identify necessary test data to cover conditions and data variations, including error scenarios.
• Provide expected results or methods to generate them; prepare database queries and guides for testers.
• Provide tools to compare expected vs actual results, including DB and file comparisons.
• Provide high-quality test data; capture end-to-end business processes and subsets of production data for testing.
• Script data setups in the application DB to satisfy test cases; script data files and message streams as needed; script cleanups.
• Ensure compliance with Software Testing standards and policies.
