Job summary

Prove Partners is reorganizing two Salesforce orgs and migrating a legacy system into Salesforce. We seek a junior Salesforce administrator with a focus on QA, working remotely with offshore/nearshore delivery.

You will execute repetitive end-to-end tests across sandboxes, build test scripts, log defects, and verify regressions across each release. The role emphasizes structured, repeatable QA processes, 60% end-to-end testing, 20% test design, and 10% test data support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on Salesforce admin or QA/testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and flows.
• Experience logging defects in a tracked system like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability translate user stories into concrete test steps.
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy work and accuracy.
• Basic SOQL and ability to use Data Loader for data checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute full end-to-end test passes across core processes in sandboxes for each release.
• Run regression suites after config or code changes and log defects clearly.
• Document tests, maintain test cases, and update coverage as requirements evolve.
• Prepare test data sets and validate data state across profiles and permissions.
• Support UAT cycles and assist testers with scripts and feedback.
