Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure applications meet customer specifications. You will collaborate with the Testing team to implement QA standards, mentor junior members, and validate IT processes to maximize business value.

Required are a CS degree or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, 5 years in QA/testing, and experience with Katalon, TOSCA, Selenium, Xray/ALM/JIRA, plus Jenkins and SQL testing. Willingness to work remote with periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship and background investigation requirements.
• 5 years’ experience in QA/software testing or related field.
• Experience with automated test tools such as Katalon, TOSCA and Selenium.
• Experience documenting test cases in Xray, ALM or JIRA.
• Familiar with Agile project methodology and CI/CD tools.
• 1+ year automating web apps and APIs with TOSCA; 3+ years Jenkins & SQL testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish QA measures and testing standards for new and existing apps.
• Review automation capabilities and develop strategies to increase coverage.
• Mentor testing resources on best practices.
• Create testing documentation from project specs and requirements.
• Coordinate system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing.
