The role focuses on test strategy, planning, defect management, and supporting complex payment environments, including ACH and Tax Payments, across mainframe and distributed systems.

You will engage with Agile teams, drive test automation, and ensure accessibility and high-quality software delivery for Payments platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in Software Quality Assurance or related roles.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience developing test strategies, executing plans, and reporting metrics.
• Banking/Financial Services industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases across multiple apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and performance testing.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and project teams in Agile environments.
• Support testing across mainframe and distributed environments.
• Leverage test automation to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure ADA accessibility and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Support payments, ACH, and tax payments applications.
