You will engage with Agile teams, drive test automation, and ensure accessibility and high-quality software delivery for Payments platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases across multiple apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and performance testing.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and project teams in Agile environments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst with a strong background in Software Quality Assurance, testing, and banking/financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing test strategies, executing test plans, managing defects, and supporting complex application environments, particularly within Payments, ACH, and Tax Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases across multiple applications and platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, database, performance, web application, and UI testing.
• Manage defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support testing across mainframe and distributed application environments.
• Utilize test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and application quality.
• Ensure applications meet accessibility standards, including ADA compliance.
• Provide quality reporting, testing metrics, and status updates to project stakeholders.
• Support banking and financial services applications, with an emphasis on payment processing and ACH operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience developing test strategies, executing test plans, managing defects, and reporting quality metrics.
• Banking and Financial Services industry experience.

Technical Experience

• Banking payments and payment processing systems.
• ACH processing, Tax Payments, and NACHA regulations/processes.
• Test automation tools such as Tosca and Selenium.
• Mainframe and distributed application environments.
