Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Payrix team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own end-to-end QA across the SDLC, design automated tests with Playwright in JavaScript/TypeScript, and validate complex payment processing workflows.

Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other QA teams ensures testable requirements and strong release quality. This role is hybrid, in-office three days per week in Denver and other US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance/testing experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on Playwright JS/TS automation for UI and API testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs, databases, and end-to-end integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA across the SDLC including test strategy and release validation.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites with Playwright.
• Validate payment processing workflows: authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and declines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure testable requirements and coverage.
• Improve regression, automation coverage, and release quality.
