SplitMetrics is a global software company enabling mobile-first growth through an ecosystem of products and services. We are seeking a QA Engineer to rigorously test web applications, ensure reliability, and collaborate across product and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

You will validate AI-driven outputs, design robust test plans, and drive quality from requirements through release, joining a dynamic team that values fast delivery and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI and keeping up with the field.
• Comfortable with CLI.
• Solid SQL expertise.
• General understanding of software architecture.
• General understanding of Python programming language.
• Understanding the role of QA at every stage of software development.
• Confident use of test design practices.
• Being vocal, proactive, and quality-focused.
• Experience with automating tests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing (frontends/APIs) and analyze results.
• Design approaches to validate AI-driven outputs and guardrails.
• Identify defects and write clear, reproducible bug reports.
• Create and maintain test documentation based on test design techniques.
• Engage early in development from requirements and design onward.
• Be a proactive voice in discussions and advocate for quality from the start.
• Verify asynchronous and event-driven flows under realistic conditions.
• Interact with customer support, product teams and developers.
