Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 3–10 years of QA/testing experience, hands-on test management, data-testing, and the ability to validate AI-generated artifacts. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to ensure release readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of software QA testing experience, including P&C insurance domain.
• Hands-on with test plan, cases, and scripts based on requirements.
• Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM for lifecycle management.
• Strong data-testing skills; able to write SQL queries and work with XML data.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to enhance QA productivity.
• Ability to review AI-generated artifacts for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Participate in requirements reviews to identify quality issues early.
• Define testing strategies and schedules aligned with scope and risk.
• Facilitate test-plan reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain testing documentation in OpenText Quality Center/ALM.
• Create and maintain test data for manual and automated testing.
• Apply Generative AI to accelerate test design and data development while validating outputs.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted testing to improve coverage and productivity.
• Monitor quality status and communicate risks and release readiness.
• Support UAT with relevant artifacts and knowledge transfer.
