Overture Partners in Boston is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst / Senior QA Analyst with extensive software testing experience and hands-on Agentic AI to elevate QA practices.

The role combines traditional testing with Generative AI tools to accelerate test case creation, data preparation, and defect detection, with strong SQL and ALM skills. You will collaborate across teams to ensure release readiness and high quality.

Qualifications

• 310 years of professional software QA experience
• Hands-on Agentic AI experience
• Generative AI experience with tools like ChatGPT/Copilot
• Experience with OpenText Quality Center / ALM
• Strong SQL skills and data validation
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated testing outputs
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies
• Apply Agentic AI to streamline QA activities
• Utilize Generative AI to improve test development and data creation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify defects early
• Recommend QA process improvements through automation and AI
• Design and execute detailed test strategies and scripts
• Manage testing activities using ALM
• Perform database and data validation testing with SQL/XML
• Coordinate testing schedules and provide quality metrics
• Support UAT with documentation and data preparation
