Job summary

Filevine is seeking an experienced QA professional to own AI-driven quality initiatives and drive end-to-end testing across AI workflows. You will mentor QA teammates and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure reliable, compliant software releases.

With 7+ years in QA and a strong background in AI/ML testing, you’ll influence requirements, design decisions, and build robust testing strategies while advancing automation coverage and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software QA experience with ownership of complex feature areas.
• Experience designing end-to-end test strategies for AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience validating AI/ML features, including non-deterministic outputs.
• Strong API, webhook, and third-party integration testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies across AI-driven workflows.
• Mentor QA team members and collaborate with Product and Engineering on release readiness.
• Improve testing processes, tooling, and documentation.
• Analyze defects and write clear, repeatable reports.
