Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to analyze requirements, plan and execute manual testing, and expand automated test coverage. This role offers remote or hybrid work in major US cities, with a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 and comprehensive benefits.

You will collaborate with QA to develop test strategies, reproduce and report defects, and ensure quality across releases, while contributing to a robust testing framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and exploring edge cases
• Ability to reproduce, track, and verify defects
• Knowledge of bug-tracking tools and test management software

Responsibilities

• Understand user stories and create test cases and scenarios
• Develop structured test plans and test approaches
• Write clear, detailed defect reports and reproduce bugs
• Verify and close bug tickets and manage test execution
• Increase automation coverage aligned with business priorities and risks
• Collaborate with QA engineers to improve product robustness
