Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Analyst in Indiana with remote options for a 9-month assignment. The role focuses on leading tests, ensuring software quality, and collaborating with development teams to enhance security and operations. Local candidates are preferred for this position.

The ideal candidate will design test scenarios, execute manual tests, report defects in DevOps, and help advance QA practices while preparing training materials for teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA testing across IT systems, products and services.
• Ability to design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience executing tests manually and reporting defects in DevOps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and SDLC processes.
• Scripting test cases for UFT One and related automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert and information resource for assigned areas.

• Collaborate with development teams during software development including security.
• Lead and administer change control to ensure defect-free software development.
• Create complex test data for applications.
• Document testing data, findings and reports.
• Provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to the manager.
• Analyze workflows and recommend quality improvements.
• Develop QA practices and training materials as needed.

Job Description:

• Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
• Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
• Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
• Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
• Create complex test data for applications.
• Document testing data, findings and reports.
• Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
• Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
• Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
• Provide resources for agency technical writers.
• Perform related duties, as assigned.

Required/Desired Skills:
