Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr QA Engineer in a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC, to champion quality across agile teams. You will design and execute automated and manual tests, enforce QA standards, and contribute to test automation frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor teammates, review automated tests, document QA practices, and help deliver reliable software solutions. 3–5 years of QA experience with UI automation and API testing are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a QA analyst in a technical environment.
• 3–5 years with test management tools (Octane, QC, Azure DevOps).
• 3–5 years with UI test automation (Selenium, Appium, UFT, TestProject, MS Test Studio).
• 3 years with API testing.
• 3 years with ETL data integration testing.
• 1–3 years in agile delivery in a matrixed org.
• Experience with QA automation frameworks.
• Experience maintaining QA tools and CI/CD test execution.
• Awareness of QA trends and best practices.
• Preferred: 3 years with API tools such as Postman/ReadyAPI.
• Preferred: 3 years with performance testing tools like LoadRunner/JMeter/ReadyAPI Performance.
• Preferred: 3 years with automated data validation tools (QuerySurge/RightData/PowerCenter).

Our client seeks a Sr QA Engineer to champion quality across agile teams. The role will design and execute automated and manual tests, enforce QA standards, contribute to test automation frameworks, and integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will collaborate with peers, review code for automated tests, document QA practices, and mentor team members on tools and methods to deliver reliable, value-add software solutions.

• 1 to 3 years of agile delivery in a matrixed organization.
• Proven experience with software test automation frameworks.
• Proven experience maintaining software testing tools and CI/CD test execution.
• Awareness of current Quality Assurance trends and best practices.
• Preferred: 3 years with API tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro).

Education Requirements
