Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Expert-level Python 3.x for scalable, high-performance apps.
• Proficient with FastAPI, Django, Flask; OOP and architecture patterns.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server and MongoDB/Redis.
• CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Unix/Linux fluency; strong debugging and profiling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and architecture of Python-based frameworks for scalable apps.
• Develop solutions following architectural standards with strong domain knowledge.
• Improve code quality through reviews and SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quants, FO, DevOps, Production Support teams.
• Drive Stress Testing and Regulatory Risk projects in Market Risk.
• Own planning, governance, and delivery of initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Deliver high-quality solutions independently under tight deadlines.
