You will lead architecture and implementation of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask), collaborate with Risk, Quants, FO, DevOps and Production Support, drive stress testing, CI/CD, security best practices, and deliver robust software under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Expert-level Python 3.x, frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Testing with Pytest/unittest and TDD; secure coding per OWASP Top 10.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation and architecture of Python frameworks for scalable, resilient applications.
• Develop solutions adhering to architectural standards with deep technical and business knowledge.
• Enforce SDLC best practices and contribute to code quality via reviews.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quants, FO, DevOps, and Production Support for delivery.
• Drive development for Stress Testing and Regulatory Risk projects in Market Risk domain.
• Manage project technical aspects, including planning, governance, ownership of initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality solutions independently in a globally distributed environment under deadlines.
