You will lead architecture, API design, and cross‑functional collaboration across Risk, Quants, and DevOps teams.

The role emphasizes secure coding, CI/CD, and deep expertise in Python frameworks, with cloud and containerization experience for distributed systems. This is a full‑time, on‑premises role in Tampa.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Python development in scalable applications.
• Strong experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and advanced SQL.
• Designing secure RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and Unix-based environments.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Python-based, scalable services.
• Develop and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
• Review code and ensure high quality, maintainable software.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quants, FO, DevOps for delivery.
• Drive Stress Testing and Regulatory Risk projects.
• Own project technical aspects from planning to delivery.
