Job summary

EvolutionIQ seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build production ML models and translate complex client problems into scalable ML solutions. You will perform data exploration, design features, and implement robust model pipelines in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ML/DS, deep Python data stack experience, and strong communication. Remote options available; strong compensation and growth opportunities accompany a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as ML Engineer or Data Scientist in scalable production environments.
• Proficient in Python data stack: Pandas, Jupyter, ML libs (sklearn, Keras/PyTorch).
• Able to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration-focused.
• Experience with Claude Code or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build ML models for production use.
• Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to scope ML opportunities.
• Suggest and implement new features to improve model performance.
• Write and review production-quality PRs daily.
• Translate client business problems into ML problems.
• Build scalable models for time series forecasting and NLP tasks.
• Grow in data & ML space focusing on large-scale datasets.
