Prolific is seeking Senior Python Developers to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models. A quick 10- to 15-minute test will assess your skills; if successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, with pay to help AI understand and summarize data.

Researchers paying up to $50/hr for skilled contributors; some tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, and many are shorter. Work from home and flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science or software engineering.
• Real world Python software engineering experience as a senior engineer.
• Ability to solve LeetCode medium to hard level problems in Python.
• Deep knowledge of GIL, decorators, generators, memory management and async patterns.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Python code for functional correctness and best practices.
• Audit step-by-step AI explanations for algorithmic solutions.
• Execute model-generated scripts in appropriate environments to verify performance.
• Annotate model performance and identify inefficient or deprecated methods.
• Provide structured feedback on backend architecture, data pipelines, or API design.
