Job summary

Prolific is seeking Senior Python Developers to join our Expert Network for AI training and evaluation. You’ll review AI-generated Python code, validate logic, and run tests to ensure correctness while upholding modern Python standards.

This is a paid, remote opportunity with flexible hours and tasks you can complete from home. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour depending on skills and experience; many tasks require about an hour of uninterrupted work.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in CS/Software Eng or closely related field.
• Senior software engineer experience in Python.
• Ability to solve LeetCode Medium–Hard problems in Python.
• Deep knowledge of GIL, decorators, generators, memory management, async patterns.
• Code quality with modularity, readability, and PEP 8/PEP 20 standards.
• Attention to memory leaks, security issues in model code.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate code accuracy for AI-generated Python code.
• Validate logic and reasoning in algorithm explanations.
• Conduct execution testing of scripts in appropriate environments.
• Annotate model performance and identify inefficient or deprecated methods.
• Refine technical logic for backend architecture, data pipelines, or API design.
