Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Senior Backend Developer – Python to design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade Python systems. You will own data-intensive services, automation platforms, and distributed architectures while coordinating with product, data science, and infrastructure teams.

Candidate must have 5+ years of Python development, strong SDLC knowledge, and experience with relational databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Python development in enterprise environments.
• Experience building large-scale production apps with high uptime.
• Hands-on DB experience: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with SDLC, CI/CD, and secure coding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize complex Python applications.
• Develop secure, production-grade code and distributed systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts.
• Develop and optimize data processing for large datasets.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor less senior engineers and conduct code reviews.
