Job summary

SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. seeks a Senior Hands-On Backend Engineer to own a core backend platform. You will focus on event-driven architecture, Event Sourcing, CQRS, domain modeling, and multi-tenant security while delivering production-grade systems in Python.

You will work with relational databases, serverless cloud-native design, containers, and automated testing, ensuring secure, scalable services and AI-assisted development review.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience designing event-driven architectures including Event Sourcing & CQRS.
• Strong domain modeling and software design skills.
• Experience with multi-tenant security and server-side isolation.
• Serverless cloud-native architecture and containers experience.
• Strong automated testing across unit/integration/edge path testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical integrity of a core backend platform.
• Design, build, secure, test, and deliver production systems.
• Maintain strong domain and data models.
• Enforce server-side tenant and data isolation.
• Ensure encryption and integrity across data, events, and services.
• Define and maintain testing standards and CI gates.
• Review AI-generated code and tests for security and quality.
• Identify security, quality, and coverage gaps before production.
• Drive delivery and communicate risks.
• Make sound technical decisions within architectural direction.
