Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
Strong Python skills including async programming and OO design.
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Deep PostgreSQL knowledge and data modeling capabilities.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Build RESTful APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or Django and ensure security best practices.
Model and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for performance.
Integrate external/internal systems, implement auth, logging, and monitoring.
Implement async processing and distributed workflows (Temporal, Airflow, Celery).
Support real-time features via WebSockets/Socket.IO and ensure test coverage.
Collaborate via Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Support containerization, deployment, and release management with Docker/Kubernetes.
