Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Python Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design, build, and continuously enhance complex enterprise-grade Python applications, data services, and automation platforms with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of Python development in enterprise environments.
- Experience building/maintaining large-scale production apps with high uptime.
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase and query tuning.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, design, build, test, release, and support.
- Hands-on system design, app development, testing, and operations.
- Strong data structures/algorithms knowledge and performance-focused thinking.
- Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, resiliency patterns, and secure coding.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance complex enterprise-grade Python systems.
- Ensure security, reliability, and performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate business problems into robust solutions.
