Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to own the customer-facing application layer for our AI solutions. You will drive fast, secure deployments and own the development lifecycle from design to launch of enterprise applications.

You will work with product, data science, and UX teams to shape the roadmap, implement scalable backend architectures, and apply AI tools to streamline development while maintaining high standards and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with Python and modern backend stacks.
• Experience with the full feature development lifecycle, from scoping to delivery.
• Strong systems design skills and relational database experience.
• Proven experience using AI/agentic tools to streamline development.
• Experience designing, building and launching multi-tenant backend architectures.
• Ability to write technical design documents, review code, and uphold engineering standards.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application to optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain the backend REST server feeding ML data and BI.
• Own the lifecycle of designing, building and launching enterprise apps.
• Lead greenfield projects with high ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate with product, data science, UX, and end users to shape roadmap.
