Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience owning features end to end.
• Hands-on coder in Python, with TypeScript/JavaScript for the front end.
• Deep architectural experience modernizing and replatforming backends.
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools.
• Ability to connect technical work to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems and write production code for EvolutionIQ's AI-native products.
• Analyze legacy systems and decide what to rebuild or replace.
• Build robust backend architectures and prototype new ideas.
• Set engineering standards with product, data science, and data engineering.
