Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience in Java or Python development in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design and develops scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python.
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Creates secure production code and maintains algorithms aligned with systems.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation capabilities to enhance value from automation.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers and analyzes data to build visualizations for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identifies data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
