Job summary

NT Concepts seeks a Senior Python Developer to build and maintain data-intensive applications supporting national security missions. You will join an agile, cross-functional team delivering robust software solutions and modern data science capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years Python, ML tool experience, cloud, containers, and CI/CD, plus an active TS/SCI clearance. Remote flexibility is available for local candidates based in Chantilly/Vienna, VA, or nearby.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience with PyTorch and PyTest for ML workloads.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Cloud experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure (AWS preferred).
• Proficient with GitLab CI/CD and Linux environments.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience supporting agile teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, implementation and maintenance of software systems.
• Design, develop, test, debug and document solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with software design, development, testing, integration and sustainment standards.
• Research technology solutions, prioritize assignments, and resolve issues per customer requirements.
• Ensure products are scalable, robust, maintainable, and interoperable.
• Create, implement and adopt industry Design & Development Best Practices.
