Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and backend services. The role focuses on AI/ML, LLM integration, and cloud-native architectures.

You will work on RAG solutions, vector databases, and AI orchestration, collaborating with product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions with robust performance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Python development.
• Strong experience with FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of ML, NLP and Generative AI concepts.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompting and AI model integration.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Proficiency in SQL and database design; Git, CI/CD, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and microservices.
• Build AI/ML solutions including LLMs and Generative AI apps.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design RAG solutions and AI-assisted workflows.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search.
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude).
• Develop data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Collaborate with product and data teams for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability; participate in CI/CD.
