Responsibilities

• Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML and LLM solutions using Python.

I'm partnering with a growing team building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and production-grade AI solutions. They're looking for a Senior Python & AI Engineer who can help take these systems from experimentation and POCs into reliable, scalable production environments.

This is an engineering-first AI role with a strong focus on Python, LLMs, and applied AI. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building, adapting, and fine‑tuning LLMs and developing AI applications that solve real business problems.

Data engineering experience is a plus, but strong Python and LLM/AI experience is the priority.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience developing, training, fine‑tuning, or adapting LLMs/foundation models.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and cloud‑based environments.
• Ability to take AI concepts beyond experimentation and build reliable, scalable applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Data engineering experience is a bonus rather than a requirement. Experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms, modern data platforms, or large‑scale data processing is valuable, but candidates with strong Python, LLM, and AI engineering backgrounds are the priority.
