Job summary

DataArt Poland is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a transformative project for a UK financial services group. The role focuses on rebuilding data and analytics capabilities and developing advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions in a regulated environment.

The candidate will design, build, and deploy AI models, develop scalable Python services, create robust data pipelines, and implement MLOps CI/CD with monitoring for retraining.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with libraries: NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models, including LLMs, transformers, and RAG pipelines.
• Develop scalable AI services and microservices using Python, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference while collaborating on data governance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for MLOps workflows and ensure model performance through monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with product and engineering teams.
