Job summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a Senior Python & AI Engineer to advance AI-powered applications from experimentation to reliable production systems. You'll focus on Python, LLMs, and applied AI, delivering production-grade AI solutions and intelligent workflows that solve real business problems.

Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities using APIs, data integrations, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, or adapting LLMs.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python software engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML and LLM solutions using Python.
• Develop production-grade LLM applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Experiment with LLMs, foundation models, prompts, retrieval strategies, and agent architectures.
• Work with RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and model adaptation.
• Evaluate and optimize AI systems for quality, reliability, performance, and business impact.
• Build APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and business applications.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data to support AI applications.
• Take AI solutions from initial experimentation and POCs through deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions.
