Jobgether is seeking a Senior Python Developer in the United States to join a security-focused AI platform. You will own Python-based scanning capabilities and AI-enabled workflows for government-grade environments, including air-gapped and cloud-connected models.

Lead architecture and development, mentor teammates, and ensure secure, observable production software. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity content and product teams to deliver mission-critical solutions and advance compliance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years of Python development.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating production Python software and AI-enabled applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating local or self-hosted AI/LLMs, or cloud-hosted AI services.
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques including data preparation, model training concepts, evaluation, and inference.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Python-based scanning capabilities for large, segmented networks including restricted government settings.
• Build and integrate production AI capabilities using local and cloud-hosted models.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for DISA STIGs and cybersecurity content mappings.
• Automate complex cybersecurity workflows through intelligent document processing and data extraction.
• Establish measurable outcomes for AI-driven automation (accuracy, throughput, quality, processing time).
• Lead architecture and code quality through reviews, testing, observability, and secure practices.
