CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Senior / Staff Python Engineer to join a rapidly growing SaaS company building AI-driven platforms. You will pair hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and shaping scalable, reliable systems.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver secure features while improving architecture, testing, CI/CD, and observability. This remote US-based role offers substantial ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems and relational DBs.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bonus: workflow orchestration or observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Python applications at scale.
