Job summary

As a Manager, you will be the go-to expert for PWA compliance reporting and auditing, guiding developers, contractors, and project owners to stay compliant and maximize Reunion’s software value.

• Experience in customer-success roles in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory guidance into client-friendly guidance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design repeatable onboarding and engagement processes.
• Curiosity about clean energy tax credits and compliance rules.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted SME on Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements across a portfolio of accounts.
• Manage delivery of industry-leading, audited reports through the Reunion platform with quality controls.
• Establish best practices for accurate, scalable data collection and maintenance.
• Develop customer onboarding programs and engagement cadences to drive platform adoption.
• Create materials and training on federal/state guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Partner with product and engineering on roadmap discussions to reflect customer needs.
• Lead customer-success initiatives and align with sales for retention and growth.
