Job summary

Reunion is seeking a General Manager to lead the PWA, FEOC, and Domestic Content compliance software platform. You will own the P&L, set strategy, and build the team and systems that enable it to scale well beyond where it is today. You'll report to the CEO / President, and work closely with the founders.

This is an operator's role. You inherit a product with traction among developers, and you will turn early wins into a durable, well-run business.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, business unit, or P&L with targets you personally owned.
• Ability to build operational rigor: clear metrics and ownership.
• Decisive, direct, and accountable with a track record of high performance.
• Comfort in regulated or compliance-heavy domains or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the software business and drive revenue, margins, and growth.
• Run the business day-to-day with priorities in sales, marketing, and operations.
• Build scalable processes, tooling, and reporting from onboarding to renewal.
• Hire top talent, set high performance standards, and coach the team.
• Partner across the company with sales, marketing, and tax credit units.
• Represent the business externally to customers, partners, and prospects.
