You will guide PV operations, calibrate AI-driven processes, and translate industry trends into platform capabilities, serving as the Voice of the Customer for PV tooling and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active Pharmacovigilance experience in Drug Safety Operations.
• Deep understanding of day-to-day PV case processing workflows and timelines.
• Demonstrated AI experience with AI-driven software or automation in PV or life sciences.

• Provide end-to-end workflow guidance for safety case intake, triage, validation, and data reconciliation.
