Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring a Pursuit Lead, Elevate who will own transformational opportunities end-to-end—from initial strategic engagement through close and into early customer success.

You will be the single accountability for deal progression, commercial architecture, and outcomes, collaborating with a Transformational Platform Consultant to present a unified voice and vision for transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of traditional enterprise sales experience.
• 5+ years of Large Deal Pursuit or equivalent with proven track record closing $50M+ TCV deals.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with platform-based enterprise selling, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete deal lifecycle as the business strategist and executive deal leader.
• Partner with Transformational Platform Consultant to align business imperatives to the ServiceNow platform.
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit execution with Partners, Value teams, GTM, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Legal, Revenue.
• Design and validate commercial architectures including outcomes, platform commitments, and phased investments.
• Craft executive narratives that tie business imperatives to platform capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Capture learnings and elevate pursuit capabilities for future opportunities.
