• 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing supplier relationships and executing purchasing
• Import management including Incoterms, duties, tariffs and landed costs
• ERP/MRP systems proficiency; NetSuite preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills

Aufgaben

• Purchasing & Order Management: Issue and track purchase orders, secure supplier commitments, and resolve lead-time delays or production holds
• Targeted Sourcing & Negotiations: Maintain supplier agreements, source, qualify suppliers, and negotiate contracts for components, materials or services
• Inbound Material Flow & Imports: Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; ensure duties, tariffs, and landed costs are correct; escalate delays
• Inventory & Planning Execution: Set safety stocks, reorder points, and order quantities in the ERP system aligned with operations/finance targets
• Supplier Performance & Reporting: Develop and monitor supplier scorecards; lead performance reviews; report on price changes, lead times, inventory commitments and landed costs
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Operations on new products, engineering changes, and supplier readiness
