Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 9+ years in contracts.
• Strong understanding of FAR, FAR supplements, and UCC.
• Experience negotiating complex purchases and subcontracts.
• Ability to document, advise, and explain complex issues to staff and suppliers.
• Capable of coordinating inter-organizational activities.
