Qualifications

• Proficiency in formation and administration of purchase orders through bidder prequalification, bid requests, bid evaluation, award, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bids commercially and comment on payments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and supplier reps to clarify PO documents and specs.
• Prepare bid packages and issue bid requests; manage changes and negotiations.
• Award and manage Blanket Orders and Releases; maintain project correspondence with suppliers.
• Support material requisition preparation with Engineering to ensure clear requirements.
